Description

We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Client Success team in providing a white-glove onboarding experience and proactive support to set clients up for success with MyFO. The right candidate brings a proven track record of success, excellent relationship-building skills, and strong financial knowledge. As a trusted MyFO product expert, you'll create a strong first impression that establishes the foundation for clients long-term success.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide outstanding customer experience to a portfolio of MyFO clients during their onboarding journey.
  • Proactively maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the onboarding process that translate to successful launches and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with team members in customer success, customer support and sales to ensure seamless handoffs and that customer needs are met
  • Become an expert on our product and common desired outcomes to support clients through successful onboarding and smooth transitions to ongoing support
  • Implement onboarding plans that guide customers towards achieving their goals and realizing value. 

You have:
  • 1-3 years experience in SaaS implementation or customer success 
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for managing and exceeding customer expectations
  • A strong attention to detail, especially with numbers
  • Preferred industry experience in accounting, finance, wealth management, or financial services, with an understanding of domain-specific challenges and client expectations.

  • Highly organized, data-driven and accountable
  • Empathetic and able to build strong relationships with clients
  • A self-starter with the ability to navigate and execute in fast-paced environments
  • Eager to learn and develop within an onboarding or customer success career path


This is a full time position. HQ is located in Vancouver, BC, but we’re remote friendly.

The salary range for this position in Canada is $50k - $70k / year.
